- The 7-day guarantee applies exclusively to the Instagram tool.
- The request must be sent within 168 hours (7 days) of the subscription purchase. After this period, requests will not be accepted.

Review and Verification Process
Once your request is received, our team will review it. Please note that:
- If the explanation provided is not sufficiently clear or detailed, we reserve the right to request additional information to verify your case.
- This information may include, but is not limited to, statistics from your Instagram account, a screenshot of your 'Best Friends' list, and the engagement statistics of your stories during the period of use.
- The final decision on the approval of the refund will be made after analyzing all the information. We will contact you to inform you of the outcome.
